What the policy must cover

1. What cookies are, and any similar technologies the site uses.
2. Each cookie the site sets: its name, its purpose, how long it lasts, and whether it is strictly necessary. The list must be checked against the live site before it is published.
3. Strictly necessary cookies, such as the one that holds the basket, which need no consent.
