If something you bought from us is faulty, tell us here. You can report a fault at any time.

Your rights are not affected

Your statutory rights for faulty goods are not affected by any returns window, including the 14 days for changing your mind.

There is no time limit on this form. Tell us what you have noticed and we will look into it and reply by email.
