Cancellations and returns

Cancel or return an order

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order and send it back. Here is how it works, and the form to tell us.

How it works

You have 14 days to change your mind

You can cancel at any time from placing your order until 14 days after it arrives. The 14 days start the day after delivery or, if your order comes in more than one parcel, the day after the last one arrives. You do not have to give a reason.

Then 14 more days to send things back

Once you have told us you are cancelling, you have a further 14 days to send the items back. Please keep your proof of postage.

Your refund includes delivery

Your refund includes the standard delivery charge you paid. It goes back to the way you paid, with no fee. We make it within 14 days of receiving the items back, or of you sending us proof of postage if that is sooner. If nothing has been sent to you yet, we refund within 14 days of you telling us.

Faulty items are different

If something is faulty, please report a fault instead. You can do that at any time: your rights for faulty goods do not depend on these 14 days.

Report a fault

You can also write to us

You do not have to use this form. Any clear statement that you are cancelling counts, such as an email to daholynefashion@gmail.com.

Our cancellation and returns policy has the full details, and a model cancellation form you can use.

Tell us you are cancelling

We will email you to confirm we have received it.

It is in your order confirmation email, and looks like DF-001234. If you cannot find it, write “not known”.

Please use the one you ordered with. We will send our acknowledgement here.

What would you like to do?

It has not arrived yet.

I have received them.

Name each item and its colour, or write “the whole order”.

You do not have to tell us why. If you would like to, it helps us.

We use these details to deal with your request. Our privacy notice explains how we look after them.
